Brandable Monthly Design Account Agreement
Starter Tier
This Monthly Design Account Agreement is entered into between Brandable and Let's Talk Virtually Marketing Agency ("Client") effective 1 May 2026 and ends on 29 May 2026.
Tier Details
Monthly Deposit: $25,000
Monthly Production Cap: $75,000
1. Design Credit Deposit
To activate the Starter Monthly Design Account, the Client must pay a non-refundable Monthly Design Credit Deposit of $25,000 upfront.
The deposit:
Is required before any work begins
Secures priority access, preferred pricing, and queue placement
Is applied as credit toward the final monthly invoice
Unused deposits expire at the end of the billing month and do not roll over.
No deposit means no designs and no unpaid work.
2. Design Menu
All services are billed according to Brandable’s Design Menu. Pricing is per requested file and is not dependent on approval, usage, or publication.
3. Monthly Billing and Payment
A monthly invoice is issued at month-end. The deposit is deducted from the total balance. Any remaining balance must be paid in full to continue service into the next month.
Outstanding balances pause all work.
4. Credit Usage Rule
Credits are applied once work begins. Once a file is designed and shared, the credit is consumed regardless of approval or usage.
5. Delivery Control
Once the monthly production cap is reached, only watermarked previews will be provided until payment is received.
6. Soft Cap Policy
There is no limit on submissions. Monthly production value is capped at $75,000. Excess work rolls into the next month or requires partial payment.
7. Revision Window
Revisions are included until the last weekday of the billing month and must remain within the original creative direction. After the last weekday of the billing month, revisions may roll into the next month at 50 percent of the original item price.
8. Turnaround Priority
Starter clients receive priority turnaround over one-off clients, subject to workload and payment status.
9. Client Responsibility for Review and Approval
The Client is solely responsible for reviewing, proofreading, and approving all design work prior to use, publication, or distribution.
While Brandable takes reasonable care in producing accurate and high-quality designs, Brandable shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies including, but not limited to:
Spelling or grammatical errors
Incorrect information provided by the Client
Layout, formatting, or visual oversights
Approval of any design constitutes full acceptance of the work as delivered.
Brandable is not responsible for any damages, losses, or costs arising from the use of approved materials.
