This Agreement is entered into between Brandable and Privé Lux ("Client") via Let's Talk Virtually effective April 21, 2026.
1. Scope of Work
Brandable agrees to design a custom logo and Mini Brand Kit for the Client.
This includes:
One (1) custom primary logo design
One (1) logo mark (icon) upon request
Logo variations in applicable colour-ways where relevant
A one-page Mini Brand Kit document including:
Brand colour palette
Font selections
Basic brand usage guidance
Mockups for reference purposes
This package is intended to provide a clean, cohesive visual foundation for the Client’s brand.
2. Project Fee and Payment
Total Investment: $20,000
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin
The remaining balance is due prior to final file delivery
Final files will not be released until full payment is received.
3. Revisions
Revisions are not limited, provided they remain within the original project scope
Revisions must align with the approved concept and direction
New directions or concepts will be treated as a new project or billed additionally
The volume and frequency of revisions may impact the final delivery timeline
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide clear direction, preferences, and any requested information
Respond in a timely manner with feedback and approvals
Delays in communication may impact delivery timelines.
5. Client Review & Approval Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for reviewing and approving all design work prior to use.
Brandable shall not be held liable for:
Spelling or wording errors
Incorrect information provided by the Client
Any issues identified after final approval
Approval of final files constitutes full acceptance of the work.
6. Deliverables
Upon full payment, the Client will receive:
Final logo files (PNG, JPG, and vector format)
One-page Mini Brand Kit document
Editable/source files are included upon request unless otherwise agreed.
7. Ownership and Usage
Upon full payment:
The Client owns the final approved logo and Mini Brand Kit
Brandable retains the right to showcase the work for portfolio and marketing purposes
8. Termination and Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable
If the project is paused or terminated, all work completed up to that point remains billable
